Q: Do I need to schedule an appointment for an estimate ?

A: It is not necessary to schedule an appointment however if you need express service because you have limited time or can only come in before work or during your lunch hour then we recommend to make an appointment. Q: What Insurance Companies do you work with?

A: Gordon's of Torrance works with ALL major Insurance carriers.  We are a preferred provider for Farmers shop of choice program, Hart Ford and Ameriprise. We frequently work with AAA, Mercury, Progressive and Allstate. We even deal with out of state insurance companies. With over 25 years in the industry we have established good relationships with all major insurance carriers. All we need is the claim number and insurance contact person to help you navigate the entire claim process. 

Q: Do I have to get more than one estimate?

A: Absolutely not. We will either write the estimate for the insurance company and upload it along with photos or your insurance adjuster will come out and we will go over the damage to your vehicle thoroughly. In some cases a tear down will be needed to see all the damage related to the claim/accident. This is were our expertise come in handy .

If you are not going through an insurance claim then the only reason we would encourage you to get another estimate would be so you can see we gave you a very competitive price.

Q: Does Gordon's of Torrance offer warranty on the repairs?

A: Yes we provide each and every customer with a Life Time Warranty on all the repairs in writing.

Q: I was just involved in an accident what should i do next?

A: If your car is drivable bring in your car for repairs or an estimate . If you are going through insurance call your insurance company and file a claim, let them know our address and provide us with the claim #. We will take it from there. If your car is not drivable then give us a call at 310-326-1212 so we can arrange a tow.

Q: What if I don't want to make a claim?

A: Gordon's can provide you with a competitive estimate. If you prefer we can write the estimate with Quality used parts or new aftermarket parts. Our goal is to get you the best price without compromise to service or exceptional Quality repairs. We do not cut corners. 

Q: Can I get an estimate through the website?

A: Of course we can give you a preliminary estimate of repairs as well as give you an idea how long the repairs will take. Simply click on the request estimate tab and fill in the appropriate fields.

Q: Do you provide rentals?

A: We work with Enterprise and Hertz car rental. We can arrange the rental and assist you in getting a direct bill set up with your insurance company. If you are not going through an insurance claim we get a discounted rate on all vehicle classes from economy to full size. Luxury cars as well as SUVs’ are also available for an additional cost.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, personal and business checks as well as insurance company drafts. In some cases we can make payment arrangements.

Q: I don't need a rental can I just get a ride home?

A: Absolutely, we are happy to provide you with a ride home or even pick you up when your car is ready.
